The location of this hotel is superb! It is very close to St Mark's square, just a 3, 5 minute walk away. the hotel is also situated very close to a church that rang its church bells all the time, giving it a very authentic feel. the room was always cleaned, and the bathroom was clean and had all the basic amenities one can need. the breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
One negative aspect of the hotel was that the check, in and check, out process was not so easy, especially during non, business hours, as there is not really a reception area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for experiencing the hustle and bustle of the city during Christmas time. It was conveniently located near popular landmarks and attractions. The room was large and clean, with efficient heating during some cold nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning service was prompt.
Finding the hotel was quite a challenge, and we wasted a lot of time trying to locate it. The shower was inconveniently designed and the water tended to spray out onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to St Marc Square and many food options. the warm and cozy atmosphere was perfect for a winter stay, and the wooden floors were a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags on the property before check-in time.
It was difficult to find the staff on arrival as there was no reception area. the showerhead was not attached to the wall and needed a replacement.

Moreover, the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like St. Mark's Square and Rialto. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and accommodating.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with a larger variety of options.
